As we did before the pandemic and throughout, we continue to hire and invest remotely (where needed). Depending on the role, location, and the needs of your team, you can elect to work remotely or in a hybrid setting.
Employees who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible to participate in the ƵAPP Benefits Program on the first of the month following the date of hire.
You may choose from three medical options from Cigna that provide flexibility by offering care in and out-of-network. The plans differ in how they share costs with you. Employees in California are also able to choose additional HMO options offered by Kaiser Permanente.
We believe in taking personal responsibility for managing our own time, workload, and results. To that end, we have adopted a flexible time off policy in which each exempt employee is afforded the flexibility to schedule vacation, take time off for illness, and shift schedules as necessary.
*Part-time and temporary employees, even if exempt, are not eligible for Flex Time Off.
